As the family laughed, envied, squealed (kids..) and hooped over their presents and gifts from the trip, I sat having dinner whilst watching Nisa distribute them. I did not buy anything for myself on the trip but I got one of the best presents: father to Jamie, husband to Nisa and my favourite dishes from Mom (after 2 weeks of pasta and pizza, it was super to have spicy Malay cooking again).
