Jamie and Nisa signed up for a package of roller-blade lessons. It started with Jamie wanting a pair of blades and we thought it best if he tried some lessons in order to get going. If he liked them, the next step would be to buy blades. Nisa was keen because she also wanted to learn something new.
They both got started maybe 2 weeks back and I could see they all enjoyed themselves. I have a pic of them struggling and it did look tough but they really had a lot of fun. I just sat by to watch and was not prepared with drinks and the other stuff you need for a blade session.
This time, I am ready for the lesson tomorrow. I will have bandanas because they need to wear helmets, long socks, towels and a change of clothes (they were actually dripping with sweat) and of course, lots of drinks! And there would be lots of laughter. Another perfect weekend coming up!
