I spent all of Sunday recovering from NB15k 2010. Eat modestly when I should have ate more, and drank even less, especially immediately after the race. Didn't even nap as well. It was only after the cup of coffee in sunday evening that I felt much better. The race took a lot out of me, no thanks to the hills, which made the distance longer than it was.
Something's afoot because I only experienced the post-race high on Monday morning, and I'm still unable to sleep. But we have an immigration problem that is more pressing and that will keep me up all night.
