Strange 24hrs

A whole gamut of emotions and experiences in the last 24hrs. It started with me being really pissed off but then I swung to the other end and experienced joy and satisfaction when I used my skills and found a solution to a work problem. With pride, I daresay the solution was simple and effective in eliminating 2 counter-views (and conflict), mitigating the risk at the same time. I think CK was pleased.

Then confusion reined because of a choice of Malay words. I now know the nuances of picit, cubit, tikam, tekan. All because a colleague asked what was the right word to describe the pressing buttons on an ATM. And MKL got into the act, producing the online Webster's no less!!

Excitement came next when I realised I was soon to embark on something new, something old.

Envy came next. I read an article that told of Ryan Hall travelling to Asics HQ in Kobe Japan and got himself a hand-made fully customized pair of Asics for the NY Marathon.

About to turn in now so I can get up early for a run to see the sunrise. Peace.
