I woke up feeling tired and achy all over; the muscles on my legs were slightly sore as well. This is how I have been feeling over the last 2 months or so, and the feeling always goes away as I ease into the day. The trigger is the morning coffee at the office.
How do I feel?
Perfect!
A slow recovery run is in store and I am excited because I will get to use my new toy, the HRM. Its too late to go out tonight and I will do the sunrise run tomorrow.
