Poles apart

Too late to attempt any decent LSD and went round Chai Chee for 8km instead. Took my bloody time to, because this was meant to be a easy recovery run.

But the HRM and I are poles apart. I really thought I took it easy today; yet the HRM said I went out at a hard effort, averaging 89%, with a maximum of 98%. Today's readings showed a more strenuous do than yesterday's but yet I felt I took it easier.

A bit lost as to what's next. I might even walk around a bit but I am too much of a runner for that. i'll figure it out during tomorrow's run..
